Welcome to Hollywood Prints. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before initiating a project or placing an order.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Hollywood Prints.

  • “You”, “Customer”, “Client” refers to any individual, company, or entity purchasing products or services from us.

  • “Goods”, “Products” refers to printed materials, banners, signs, decals, apparel, or related physical items we manufacture.

  • “Services” refers to graphic design, printing, fabrication, prepress, distribution, and related commercial offerings.

2. Ordering Process & Project Initialization

2.1 Quotations

  • All written estimates and quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Quotes are subject to change if project details, design complexities, material selections, or shipping requirements are altered by the customer.

2.2 Artwork Proofs & Authorizations

  • Customers must review and provide explicit written or digital approval for all production proofs before printing begins.

  • Proof approval signifies your complete acceptance of all content, structural layout, color setups, exact dimensions, text layout, and spelling.

  • Hollywood Prints is not liable for errors (including typos or layout flaws) discovered after customer proof approval has been granted.

2.3 Production Timelines

  • Production scheduling begins exclusively after artwork proof approval has been secured and required payment terms are met.

  • Turnaround times provided by our team are estimates only. True production durations fluctuate based on facility workload, supply-chain material availability, and individual project scale.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment may be required in full or via a designated percentage deposit prior to moving an order into the manufacturing queue.

  • Outstanding balances must be settled completely prior to shipping, delivery, or customer pickup.

  • We accept payment via credit cards, bank transfers, or other authorized digital payment methods. Delays in processing payments will inherently push back estimated production completion dates.

4. Project Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled if production setups and material procurement have not yet commenced.

  • If specialized materials have already been ordered for your project or manufacturing has begun, cancellation fees will apply up to the full value of the order.

  • Custom-made products cannot be refunded or canceled once fabrication is underway.

5. Returns, Defects, & Refunds

  • Our Return & Refund Policy applies uniformly to all products and services.

  • Customized merchandise cannot be returned or refunded unless a structural, physical, or manufacturing defect is present.

  • Any issues, damages, or print defects must be formally reported to our team within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Remakes, modifications, or store credits are evaluated systematically on a case-by-case basis.

6. Industry Print Standards: Color, Material & Variations

  • Natural color variations occur across different computer displays, print equipment calibrations, ink chemistry, and base material substrates. Exact matching to a digital screen is not guaranteed unless a dedicated, physical color-matching service is explicitly purchased.

  • Slight surface variations between manufacturing batches (e.g., vinyl roll variations, acrylic sheeting, or PVC thicknesses) fall within acceptable industry tolerances and are not classified as flaws.

7. Customer Responsibilities & Representations

You agree and guarantee to:

  • Provide clear, high-resolution artwork files and accurate order instructions.

  • Obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights (e.g., trademark authorization, copyright ownership) for any files or branding graphics sent to us.

  • Ensure that all content supplied does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or break local, state, or federal laws.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service on projects containing explicit, copyrighted, or unlawful material.

8. Delivery & Shipping Logistics

  • All shipping and delivery dates provided are non-binding estimates.

  • Hollywood Prints is not liable for courier transit delays, custom clearances, weather interference, or structural damages sustained during shipping.

  • Customers bear full responsibility for supplying complete and accurate delivery addresses during checkout.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All creative concepts, master layout files, and graphic designs generated natively by Hollywood Prints remain our proprietary intellectual property unless a formal intellectual property transfer is executed in writing.

  • Customers may not duplicate, manipulate, or commercially resell our proprietary design structures without explicit written permission.

  • For customer-supplied graphics, the customer retains complete ownership rights while granting us a limited license to replicate the imagery solely to complete the order.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable United States and California state law:

  • Hollywood Prints, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, business disruption, or marketing loss).

  • Our maximum financial liability for any claim arising from an order is strictly capped at the total monetary value paid by the customer for that specific order.

11. Privacy Integration

Your personal information, address data, contact channels, and transaction histories are securely handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting info to us, you acknowledge and agree to our data handling practices.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be settled exclusively within courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Revisions to Terms

Hollywood Prints reserves the right to modify, adjust, or completely rewrite sections of these Terms & Conditions at any point. Current versions published on our digital channels stand as the active guidelines for all active production projects.
