Hollywood Prints

At Hollywood Prints, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing and signage products. Because our items are custom-made to your exact specifications, returns and refunds are handled carefully to ensure fairness and quality assurance.

1. Custom Orders

The vast majority of our products—including signs, banners, decals, vehicle graphics, and printed promotional materials—are custom and made-to-order.

For this reason:

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for change of mind or customer-provided errors (e.g., ordering the wrong size, uploading incorrect artwork, or spelling mistakes in supplied files).

  • We strictly require customers to review and approve all digital proofs thoroughly before production begins.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If the product you receive is physically defective, damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing error that does not align with your approved digital proof, you are eligible for a replacement, repair, or store credit.

To lodge a claim:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Attach clear, well-lit photos showing the defect or damage.

Upon assessing the issue, Hollywood Prints will, at its discretion:

  • Remake or repair the item at no additional charge,

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Provide a partial or full refund/credit depending on the nature of the issue.

3. Color Variation & Proofing

Due to inherent variations in digital monitor calibrations, printing inks, material substrates, and complex manufacturing processes:

  • Slight color variations between your screen and the final printed product are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • If an exact color match is critical for your branding, please request a physical sample print prior to authorizing full production (additional fees apply).

4. Artwork & File Specifications

Hollywood Prints prints directly from the files provided by the customer. We are not liable for production errors resulting from poor file preparation, including:

  • Low-resolution or pixelated images

  • Incorrect dimensions or missing bleed margins

  • Typographical, grammatical, or spelling errors

  • Improper color formatting (e.g., files sent in RGB instead of CMYK)

If you need technical assistance formatting your artwork correctly, please contact our design team before ordering (service fees may apply).

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled if production and material prepping have not yet begun.

  • Once materials have been allocated or printing has started, cancellations cannot be processed.

  • Approved cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover administrative, processing, or labor costs already incurred.

6. Turnaround & Delivery Issues

While we work hard to meet every project deadline, Hollywood Prints is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused directly by third-party shipping couriers or transit providers.

  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.

We will gladly assist you in tracking packages and resolving shipping issues with the carrier whenever possible.
